Al Sahafah

As-Sahafa (meaning press) District derives its name from the massive media institutions located within it, such as the Saudi Press Agency, the headquarters of Al-Jazeera newspaper, and the headquarters of Al Riyadh newspaper.

Located in the north of Riyadh amidst a network of important roads, it is bordered by Anas bin Malik Road to the north, Thumamah Road to the south, King Abdulaziz Road to the east, and King Fahd Road to the west.

As-Sahafa District offers abundant and high-quality services, with more than 30 schools distributed in the district, around 30 mosques, 6 parks, and various healthcare facilities and civil defense centers. Additionally, it has 7 fuel stations and a diverse range of amenities, including shopping centers, restaurants, sports clubs, and more.

Al-Arid neighborhood is one of the most famous neighborhoods in the north because of its distinctive location north of Riyadh. It is bordered to the east by Abu Bakr Al-Siddiq Road, to the west by King Fahd Road, and to the south by King Salman Road. Al-Ariad district stands out as one of the newest neighborhoods surrounded by a variety of basic services, making it one of the first to be desired by many.

The distinctive feature of the neighborhood is the abundance of land for sale with larger areas than those in other neighboring neighborhoods, which increases the volume of real estate investment opportunities.
